NEW ZEALAND:

SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially aware Supply Chain Planner to join our Operations team. In this role, you will support demand planning, inventory planning, inbound logistics visibility, and stock allocation to help keep product moving efficiently through the business. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to provide accurate analysis, maintain data integrity, and turn fast-moving information into practical decisions.

PROJECT & EVENTS MANAGER

This is a role for someone who just loves getting things done. We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive operator who thrives on ticking things off the list, keeping multiple plates spinning, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll work closely with our leadership team, helping drive a major U.S. market entry project while also owning the planning and delivery of key trade shows attendance and events both locally and internationally.

BRAND MANAGER

We’re looking for a commercially minded brand leader with strong judgement and the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels. You’ll define what our Hunters Element brand stand for, how the brand shows up, and the stories we tell across the year. From annual planning through to seasonal campaigns and product storytelling, you’ll ensure every touchpoint is clear, credible, and commercially effective. Working closely with Product, Creative, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Sales, you’ll lead brand direction end-to-end and develop a small team to bring campaigns to life.

MULTIDISCIPLINARY DESIGNER

This mid-to-senior opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded creative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to bring standout campaigns to life across ecommerce, digital, retail, and brand activations from our Wellington base. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, and Product teams to create digitally led work across web, social, email, paid media, and seasonal campaigns.

TERRITORY SALES MANAGER LOWER NORTH ISLAND & SOUTH ISLAND

This role is a full time position, responsible for managing sales, season roll overs in range, business development, merchandising and store staff training strategies in our Lower North Island and South Island based retailers within an agreed call cycle. The role involves extensive travel and nights away to cover the Lower North Island and South Island. Regular domestic air travel to the South Island is required.

The role would suit candidates based in and around Wellington, New Zealand.
